Welcome to Center Court
CenterCourt, a multi-phase, mixed-use development at the intersection of The Avenue of Champions and South Upper Street, has become the link between downtown Lexington and the University of Kentucky. With 72 condominiums in its first phase, an additional 84 in the second phase, and over 13,000 square feet of retail space, CenterCourt has become the home and "hangout" to people, young and old, excited about experiencing the energy found both on campus and in downtown.
