LexArts and South Hill Group Partner for the Local Arts
 Thanks to our residents who have contributed to LexArts and South Hill Group's Campaign for the Arts. For those who would still like to make a donation that South Hill Group will match, you can still donate the whole month of April.
Just simply CLICK on the LexArts icon and your $50 contribution will be matched by South Hill Group. The $100 will go towards the funding for public art, Lexington Philharmonic, Lexington Art League and more worthy local arts organizations.
Horsemen Tailgates at Firehouse Subs
Join Firehouse Bob for tailgating prior to each of the eight home games for the Horsemen, Lexington's own Arena Cross Football Team. From 5pm - 6pm, join fans for pre-game fun and meet the Horesmen cheerleaders - the Fillies. The first game is Saturday, April 11 at Rupp Arena. The season runs through July 18.
Thanks to Bob for supporting downtown Lexington programs and generating excitement around CenterCourt. And, for making such yummy sandwiches!
Retailer Update
Speaking of our retailers, you may have noticed the vacancies on the South Wing. Moe's and General Eccentric have both moved their locations. We are working to fill these vacancies, so if you have any recommendations for what you'd like to see here, now's the time to tell us your favorites eats, drinks and hang-outs. Starbucks now South Hill Group Sales Office
Due to the increased interest in Phase 2 living, we are converting the former Starbucks location to a sales office. Carrie and our staff will make it more convenient for future owners to select their finishes and learn more about South Hill Group's future projects.

Phase 2 Construction Update
Spring is here and I'm sure you're anxious to see flowers blooming in the courtyards and ready to take full advantage of South Hill living. You'll be glad to know, we're on schedule for the entire project to be complete by early August.
The Bolivar Street Town homes are near completion and a model unit is ready for showing.
We are nearing completion of the condos on Mill Street and plan to have the first closings in early April. The final touches include finishing the exterior painting and landscaping in front of the condos.
On Cedar Street, we've begun painting the corridors and the interior of the condos. By the end of April, we'll be installing cabinets and counters in the kitchens and baths, and by the first of May, the flooring will be installed in several of the 3rd and 4th floor condos. We hope to begin closing the Cedar Street condos in early June.
We're looking forward to enjoying the new season with you, so look for more events, more fun and more interactive ways to share information with your friends in the neighborhood.
