The Bolts are in Place, Now time for the Nuts
Are you ready to serve up some peanuts on your CenterCourt Phase 2 custom counter top? We've got the bolts in place and now we need you to choose the finishes that suit your nut serving taste. Phase 2 purchasers can choose their own custom finishes and upgrades by contacting Carrie at carrie@southhillgroup.com or Jennifer at (859) 227-5123 or jleversole@hotmail.com. They'll help you make the proper selections to turn your condo into your own unique space.
CenterCourt Bolts are Proven Bucks
For those of you who are already enjoying eating peanuts in your CenterCourt condo, you'll be happy to know your investment holds steady in these changing times. Carol Bryant with Smith Realty Group is proud to report 18 resale’s in CenterCourt Phase 1 with an average increase in sale price of over 20 percent from the original purchase price. So, no need to count peanuts, simply eat a few more!

Phase 2 Construction Update
Carrie Milner personally knows when each nut and bolt is placed in CenterCourt. Dry walling in the Cedar Street building should be complete by the end of the month. The South Mill Street building is ready for installation of purchaser’s custom finishes.
So, once again, be sure to contact Carrie or Jennifer immediately to choose your finishes. They’ll be so happy to hear from you, they may even share some of their peanuts!
