CenterCourt LIVE - a Night on the Roof TOP
On the evening of October 11, the rooftop of the CenterCourt parking garage will be transformed into a LIVE music venue. Devon Alllman's Honeytribe, son of famous Greg Allman wanted his band to play in Lexington but was at a loss. We had an answer for them - the best views and the best spot in Lexington to hear live music, enjoy your friends and indulge on a game day is right above us.
The event is FREE to all CenterCourt residents and to those with contracts for Phase 2. To reserve up to 2 tickets for you and a guest, e-mail Christine Willis. Your name and your guest's will be put on a list for entry to the event. For everyone else, tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door and can be purchased by visiting www.centercourtlive.com. Clicking here will also provide the details of the event.
CenterCourt LIVE begins at 7pm with fellow blues rocker Jason England to set the stage for Devon Allman at 9pm. To top off the ambience, a cash bar featuring Kentucky Ale, Budweiser and soft drinks will also heighten the spirit of the night. A limited amount of tickets will be sold, so be sure to reserve your ticket ASAP.

It is you, the owner, who makes it truly a one-of-a-kind living experience as we're giving buyers the opportunity to choose your own finishes and upgrades while still meeting the move-in deadline. Your customized features will be completed in just 60 days.

Top O' The Morning: Starbucks is Gone... But Not Vacant for Long
Our vision to house the current Starbucks location with a European style cafe - a little cheese, fresh bread, maybe some tapas for enhanced "al fresco" enjoyment on the CenterCourt patio - is closer to fruition. We're in conversation with the experts in this category and are sure we'll find the right fit to bring our residents and all of Lexington even more delectable eating choices. Look forward to topping off your morning with a cup of coffee, your afternoon with tea and your evening with the libation of your choice.
If you have any suggestions or ideas for the Starbucks location, we'd like to know. Feel free to shoot Jim Phelps or Robert Trujillo an e-mail at jim@southhillgroup.com and robert@southhillgroup.com. E-mail Christine Willis at christine@cornett-ims.com.

Carrie's TOPping off with a construction update
Carrie Milner is on top of the day-to-day happenings at CenterCourt. So here's her update on our projects:
Hi! Carrie, here. First, I have to mention CenterCourt Days was lots of fun. CONGRATULATIONS to our winners. If we can all have that much fun during the day, I can't wait to see what happens at night during CenterCourt LIVE.
We've begun the interior finish selection process with the phase 2 purchasers. By the end of October, we'll have installed cabinets in several of the South Mill Street condos, and we'll be almost done dry-walling in the Cedar Street Condos. If purchasers haven't yetmade an appointment to choose finishes, I need to be contacted immediately.
Also, sales keep moving along making us proud to be the most successful development in Lexington. To date, we have 50 condos under contract with 30 units remaining in S. Mill and Cedar buildings.
We hope you now consider yourself in the know of our projects and developments. Please consider this your newsletter. So, if you have any suggestions, comments or items of interest, please don't hesitate to share your ideas with us. E-mail Christine Willis at christine@cornett-ims.com.
Have a good month!
