Behind the razzle-dazzle of living in the hippest, most convenient development in town, there's a think tank of progression and excitement going on behind the scenes. We want to keep you, our residents, updated on the latest happenings of the South Hill Development. So, consider this newsletter the first of monthly installments designed to keep you informed and a part of the South Hill vision.
CenterCourt - Phase 2 Update
You may have seen, heard or even felt the jolt of progress in your living space as CenterCourt Phase 2 is going up fast and furious. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2009, the 80 condos under construction will offer the same stimulating amenities our residents have come to thrive upon. The exterior construction is scheduled for completion this fall. Not much longer until the feel of CenterCourt living will be in place.
The proof of our progress is in the numbers - 47 of the 80 units available in Phase 2 are sold. Those of you who have "arrived" in your CenterCourt Condo may have noticed in your jaunts and run-ins around the development, you're not alone in your choice of location. Phase 1 is completely sold out and occupied. Also be sure to note - security cameras are being installed in the parking garage for your added comfort.
With the completion of CenterCourt Phase 2 this fall, selling the remaining 37 units should be as easy as pulling into the parking garage. With only 37 units available in the entire CenterCourt Development, now is the time to let friends or family members know about your positive lifestyle choice. Carrie Milner can get it done. Changing Coffee into Wine
Not that we are claiming to perform miracles, but we are reviewing options to top off your morning cup of coffee with an afternoon glass of wine with even more delectable eating choices. The rumors are true. Starbucks is leaving CenterCourt. Our vision is to house the current Starbucks location with a European style cafe – a little cheese, fresh bread, maybe some tapas for enhanced "al fresco" enjoyment on the CenterCourt patio. Oh, and of course the morning cup of coffee must remain.

CenterCourt Day is September 5 - WIN UK Tickets
The retailers of CenterCourt are planning a celebration on September 5 from 2pm to 4pm to welcome students and community members to their business. For residents, this is a good time to meet and greet each other and share the many amenities of CenterCourt living.
Be sure to enter the drawing for the ultimate "Football Weekend". This includes tickets to the November 15 Vandy game and a free night's stay and breakfast at the Gratz Park Inn. Also, a football, signed by Rich Brooks, will be donated by ESPN for one lucky winner.
The Blue Barracudas will perform live from 4-7pm. Retailers are planning sidewalk sales, drawings for merchandise and plenty of giveaways. The South Hill Group will also be on hand to display our plans and answer any questions.
Other South Hill Development News
Carrie Milner is in touch with the daily pulse of CenterCourt. So here's her update on our projects:
Boliver Towns:
We're finishing up the exterior of these condos and are getting ready to begin dry-walling. We're currently on schedule to have these 4 townhouse-style condos finished by the end of 2008.
S. Mill Condos:
The windows are being installed, the brick is being laid, and we're working on the roof. We'll begin dry-walling in the next month. These are on schedule to be completed in the spring of 2009.
Cedar Condos:
We're currently framing the 3rd floor of this wing, and will begin mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in the next couple weeks. We're on target to be finished with these by the summer of 2009.
